The Institute for the Restructuring of Coal Mining and Alternative Development of Mining Regions has launched the "Subsidy program for employment generating projects that promote alternative development of mining areas for the period 2014-2018." The regulatory basis for this aid published in the Official Gazette on 4 July 2014 and the notice in the Official Gazette of August 14, 2014.
